Medical Services (North East) Limited operate a Private Ambulance Service that is approved by the British Ambulance Association and deliver all types of training courses including First Aid at Work and Fire Safety Training. 

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and flexibility for customers training needs.  Our training premises are located in Bishop Auckland, County Durham; however, courses can be delivered throughout the North East.

Our company is approved by the Health & Safety Executive for First Aid training purposes. We are very proud of our standards and of the reputation we have achieved including; 'Small Business of the Year Award' winners 2009 and the Investors in People Award which we achieved in 2004 and successfully retained in 2007.

Our instructors hold professional qualifications in the subjects they teach and some instructors work on the ambulanes aswell therefore training is delivered through their own experiences of work place accidents, as well as to standards laid down by the Resuscitation Council UK Guidelines.
