AVAILABILITY
Our transport service operates, subject to prior agreement, ‘24-hours a day 7-days a week’ including most Bank Holidays.

General SERVICES

• Hospital discharge / admission service (NHS and Private)
• Long distance transfers
• Inter-hospital transfers
• Transport from home to care facilities for respite.
• Transfers for 'Out Patient' appointments
• Transport of patients with a DNR policy
• Non-emergency paediatric transfers (babies and infants)

Staff

• All staff undertake an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check
• Staff have undertaken the NCFE level 2 Infection Control certificate
• All drivers have completed a government recognised driving course (SAFED) 
• Staff have undertaken the NCFE level 2 Equality & Diversity certificate
• Staff have undertaken the NCFE level 2 Palliative Care certificate  

VEHICLES
All of our vehicles have tinted windows for patient privacy; they also have satellite navigation systems fitted together with tracking devises enabling our office to monitor there exact location at all times.

Our current vehicles are:

• Dual purpose ambulances (Fiat Ducato’s & Renault Masters) which are suitable for walking, wheelchair and stretcher patients.
• Ambulance cars (Citroen Dispatches & Fiat Scudo's), which are ideal for walking patients, non-emergency paediatric transfers and transfers for mental health patients who are mobile.
