• We achieved the ‘Investor in People Award’ in May 2004 and were successfully reassessed in 2007 and 2010.
• Winners of the North East region ‘Small Business of the Year Award’
• Winners of the Wear Valley & Teesdale ‘Business Leadership Award’
• Registered with the Care Quality Commission and therefore are licensed to provide ambulance services www.cqc.org.uk/caredirectory
• We are committed to quality standards and regularly carry out quality surveys where results recurrently show that 100% of clients would recommend our services to others (statistics based on surveys completed quarterly).
