"I have used the ambulance service for the past 20 years for appointments at Hartlepool Hospital and James Cook Hospital. I am 84 years old and I can honestly say that from the time I was 'collected' from my home and taken to the Friarage the attention I received from Dave and Neil was 1st class. They were attentive to my needs getting in and out of the ambulance, and were great conversationalist for the whole journey there and back. If I could award 200% I would, I can honestly say 'well done chaps – you are the best I’ve come across – well done!'."
